If you live in or are shipping to an area with temperatures that exceed 70°F we highly recommend purchasing an insulated shipper and ice pack as well as choosing overnight or expedited shipping to ensure products arrive in ideal conditions   

If you live in or are shipping to an area with temperatures that exceed 70°F please track and pick up your packages immediately when they arrive due chocolates' sensitivity to heat

If you are planning on shipping to multiple locations you will need to place a separate order for each location of shipment 

Chocolates should be consumed within one to two weeks of receiving if kept in ideal conditions

Chocolates should be kept out of sunlight and away from heat to prevent melting or spoilage

Any allergies should be communicated to The Pastry Pair prior to consuming, all of our products are made in a facility that comes in contact with one or more of the top 9 allergens
