Refunds are only applicable when an error is made by The Pastry Pair.  We do our best to insure all products are in their ideal conditions when they leave our care. The Pastry Pair cannot be held responsible for damage to packages due to heat or other variables that may occur during shipping.  

We are also not responsible for shipping delays caused by our shipping provider due to weather, package volume, inaccurate shipping information, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
